This beach front condo style home is 1 of a 3 unit property. This particular unit is 2,071 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms on the 3rd floor of a 3 story building. There is an identical 2,071 sq. ft. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms unit on the 2nd floor. These units have separate doors connected by 2 flights of stairs. The first floor has a foyer entrance to the stairs and a garage. There is also another separate third unit that is occupied by the owners and not connected to this building.
This unit is an open floor plan connecting the kitchen, dining room, mini office space and living room with beach views. The kitchen has a large island flanked by two bar stools and it comes fully stocked. It also comes with complimentary coffee, hot cocoa, cream and sugar.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a comfy memory foam mattress. The newly updated large master bathroom has a rain fall shower, large bath tub and an extra vanity. The second bedroom is roomy with a queen size bed with memory foam mattress. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 full size memory foam mattresses and a large bean bag to lounge in. The newly renovated hallway bath has a double vanity with stand up shower.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home and beach amenities, we have external security cameras located at the front door, foyer, and beach pathway.
There up to 7 parking spaces directly in front of the building. Grocery store, coffee, and restaurants 3 mins away.
Owners are available on the property for any support needed.
Your vacation condo is located in Willoughby Spit, the west side of Ocean View in Norfolk, VA. Willoughby Spit is a small residential neighborhood located on a large sandbar. You have Willoughby Bay on one side and the Chesapeake Bay on the other side. Your vacation condo looks out to the Chesapeake Bay. The beach on the Chesapeake Bay side is roughly 7.3 miles.
Willoughby’ites are very friendly neighbors and pride themselves in maintaining a clean and safe neighborhood. Every now and then, you may see one of the locals picking up trash on the beach or on Ocean View Ave. There is a public beach access every few blocks however on this side of Ocean View, public parking is very limited and therefore, you will find mostly residents.
The largest naval station in the world is right across Willoughby Bay, about 10-15 minutes drive. The longest free-standing pier in North America, the Ocean View Fishing Pier, is a 10 minute walk. Hampton is right across the bridge, about 15-20 minutes drive. Downtown Norfolk where you will find additional attractions and restaurants is about 20 minutes drive. The Virginia Beach boardwalk is a 25 minute drive.
Bus stops near the house; bike lanes on Ocean View Ave.; approximately 10 minutes walk to 7-Eleven and the Ocean View Fishing Pier; short driving distance to grocery and drug stores, gas station, and restaurants.
We provide beach lounge chairs, beach umbrellas, floaties, paddle boards and beach toys.
For stays longer than 30 days, we’ll require $600 refundable security deposit, an additional $200 monthly cleaning fee and a signed rental agreement which we will provide.
